  • Professional Valet Attendants and Unparalleled Training: We require our staff to provide the highest level of professionalism. Our excellent valet attendants set us apart from our competitors. We have a strong and rigorous standardized policy for recruiting, screening and selecting our valet attendants. All valet attendants must pass a selection process that includes behavioral interviews, a driving test, a DMV record check and a criminal background check. Upon hiring, each valet receives training combining classroom study with a driving test. During employment, each valet parking attendant is also continually reviewed and subject to random performance evaluations.

  •  Professional Appearance and Preparation for Each Valet Parking Assignment: All of our valet parking attendants are dressed in clean uniform, well groomed and with a friendly and professional appearance. Additionally, prior to any job assignment, the site manager will develop a parking plan for each location and meet with the valet parking attendant prior to the beginning of any shift to go over the specialized parking plan to make sure that everyone understands the specific traffic pattern specific to the location, where cars can and cannot be parked and what the correct parking approach will be for the event.

  •  Responsive Management: Our site managers are always available either prior to, during or following a parking shift. You can always contact us to discuss possible changes to a parking assignment, provide feedback on a service we offer or a specific valet attendant or to jut discuss the specifics of any event. We pride ourselves on being accessible to our clients. We guarantee proper staffing coverage regardless of absence or weather conditions.

  •  Insurance: We carry complete liability insurance coverage for all our operations. We also add each venue on to our policy as an additional insured.
